  3. PAY THE 15% DOWNPAYMENT IN 45 MONTHS
  From the Sep 2025 to May 2029, pay the monthly downpayment of ₱23,854. You can also settle the full downpayment in cash and get big discounts. Please note that the reservation fee is credited to the downpayment.

  4. SETTLE THE 85% BALANCE
  On Jun 2029, settle the remaining amount of ₱6,252,600 in cash or via bank financing. Filipino citizens can get loans from our host of accredited banks while foreign investors can avail of our interim payment option.
